We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any Service at our sole discretion and without providing you with prior notice.
Prescription Medicines
Regarding products based on prescriptions:
Before making a purchase, you are required to upload a valid prescription made by a registered medical practitioner.
Glowin M and the partner pharmacies reserve the right to request verification of the authenticity of prescriptions.
Cancellation of orders may be the result of invalid or unreadable prescriptions.
We do not provide medical advice. Always see a licensed doctor before taking any medicine.
Glowin M is just the platform connecting you with the registered pharmacy or supplier. We are not involved in the manufacturing or direct selling of any medicines.
Pricing and Payment
All prices that are shown on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of the taxes that are applicable, unless there is a different statement.
The prices and availability of products are subject to change without any prior notification.
Payment may be performed through online authorized modes like debit/credit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet.
Only after a successful payment will orders be considered confirmed.
We integrate with trusted payment gateways to offer you a secure payment environment. Nonetheless, Glowin M will not be held liable for any unauthorized transactions or issues resulting from third-party payment systems.
Shipping and Delivery
The orders will be delivered to the address that the customer has provided at the time of the checkout process.
The delivery period that is specified at the time of the order may be affected by unforeseen events and therefore may be longer than expected.
The right to the goods is transferred to you when the delivery has taken place.
Delivery of goods can be done by our logistics partners or you can use a third-party courier service.
Additional charges may be incurred if you do not accept the delivery.
Glowin M shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to natural disasters, strikes, transport, or other factors beyond our control.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
a) Cancellations:
You may cancel the order that you have placed with the company before the company dispatches the order. Once your order has been sent, your cancellation request may not be accepted.
b) Returns:
We only accept returns of healthcare products in the cases listed below due to the nature of such products:
The product that the customer has received is broken, expired, or is not the product that he/she ordered.
You have to notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and you should also provide evidence (photo or video).
c) Refunds:
Refunds that have been approved will be done through the same channel from which the payment was made within 7–10 working days. Glowin M reserves the right to check and approve every refund claim.
User Responsibilities
