At Glowin M, our goal is to deliver your medicines and healthcare and wellness products to you in the fastest and safest way possible. We want to make sure your essentials are delivered to you hassle-free and as soon as possible. A Shipping & Delivery Policy is the location where we put these commitments down in detail and in writing. This document describes Shipping and Delivery policies and processes of Glowin M. It basically informs how and when an order placed through the website or the mobile application could be delivered.
When you place an order at our site, you will get a confirmation of the order through an email or an SMS on the details of your contact that you have provided.
Orders are physically processed and packed within 24-48 hours after confirmation of the order, Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
For prescription medicines, first, the prescription needs to be verified by the partner pharmacists, after which the processing can begin.
Sometimes, the different parts of your order will be handled separately; this means your shipment might be sent in different packages from different warehouses.
Local Deliveries (within city limits): Generally, customers get their orders within 1-3 working days from the time the orders are sent out.
Other Cities or States: The delivery of packages is usually done within 4-7 working days, the exact date depending on where you live and the courier service you choose.
Delivery timelines could be impacted by external factors like traffic conditions, the weather, courier delays, or government restrictions.
Once your order is dispatched, we will also share your shipping details along with the track number (if available), so that you can be updated on progress.
Note: Delivery timelines are only estimates and can be affected by unforeseeable delays or force majeure events that Glowin M has no control over.
Free Shipping: As of now, Glowin M provides a free delivery service for those who make a purchase above a certain value (as indicated at the checkout page).
If you shop for less than the specified amount, a small delivery charge may be levied and you will be informed about it before you make the final payment.
We do not have any hidden fees or additional charges for handling.
Verified couriers and logistics partners take care of all deliveries.
To avoid delivery problems, you are requested to give a full and accurate address for the delivery point along with the working contact details.
When you get the package, please make sure that the seal is there and the order that you received is complete.

Our delivery agents may ask for a signature, OTP, or confirmation call at the time of handing over.
Presently, we deliver to major cities and towns in India.
There might be some places where we cannot reach due to our delivery limits. In such instances, our team will get in touch with you and issue a full refund (if that is the case).
Once the verification of the valid prescription that has been uploaded on our platform is successfully done, only then will the delivery of prescription medicines be carried out.
Currently, we do not ship products to any location outside India.
If the delivery partner is unable to deliver the order due to, the incorrect or incomplete address, unavailability of the customer, refusal to accept the order without giving any reason, or invalid contact information, then the order may be brought back to the warehouse. To get the order shipped again, a re-delivery charge may have to be paid. Refunds for undelivered items will be given as per our Refund Policy after the deduction of the charges for the logistics that are applicable.
Glowin M cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery that is the result of such factors beyond our control as:
For example, natural disasters, pandemics, or lockdowns
Worker unrest, curfews, or restrictions imposed by the government
Failures of the courier or transport
During such instances, we will still do everything that is within our reason and power to get your order to you as soon as it is possible.
