Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

At​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Glowin M, it is our goal to provide to you quality healthcare, medicines, and wellness products along with the highest level of satisfaction right at your doorstep. However, if you wish to cancel, return, or get a refund of your order in a very rare situation, the following terms shall govern such instances.

A. CANCELLATION POLICY

1. How can I cancel an order?

1.1 Medicines and Healthcare Products

An order for medicine or a healthcare product can be canceled by you directly from the “My Orders” or “Order Details” section of the Glowin M website or app or by calling our customer support at +91-6399131706, only if the order status is not changed to “Out for Delivery”.

It is not possible to cancel an order through the app or website after the order has been marked “Out for Delivery”. However, you can refuse the order if it is at your doorstep. The refund (if any) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

1.2 Diagnostic / Lab Tests

When you cancel the diagnostics, it must be done before the sample collection. After “Sample Collected” is marked by the lab or technician for a test, no cancellation will be allowed. If you want to cancel before the collection, kindly contact our customer care. Refunds of canceled tests will be made in accordance with the Refund Policy.

B. RETURN POLICY

1. What is the return period for orders?

1.1 Medicine Orders

Medical returns are only permitted if the return window, which varies from 0 to 7 days from the date of delivery, is observed, and if the medicines have been returned under the specified conditions below. Before ordering, make sure you consult the product page to get more information about the return policy.

1.2 Healthcare Products

Health care products that include wellness and medical devices may have a 0–10 days return or replacement period from the delivery date, depending on their types. You can find the product-specific return policy on each product page.

Note: Currently, Glowin M does not charge a shipping fee for product returns.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

As per the terms and conditions of our sellers and partners, the following are the non-returnable and non-replaceable items:

Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed should not be returned.

If there is any tampering or damage to the packaging, seal, or label, the product cannot be returned.

If in the returned package, there are no freebies, accessories, or manuals, then do not return the package.

If the product does not have the original barcode, serial number, or UPC that was there at the time of delivery, it cannot be returned.

If the product has been damaged due to the wrong use of it, mishandling, or negligence, it should not be returned.

If the product detail page shows that the product is “Non-returnable”, then it cannot be returned.

If the return window specified on the product page is over, then it cannot be returned.

If the item does not have the original packaging or invoice, then it cannot be returned.

Besides that, for reasons of hygiene, safety, and regulations, the following product categories can’t be returned, unless they are defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect:

Personal care and baby care products

Food and nutritional items

Healthcare devices and Covid essentials (masks, gloves, sanitizers, etc.)

Sexual wellness products (condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, lubricants, etc.)

Diapers, health drinks, supplements, glucometers, test strips, or any other perishable goods

However, Glowin M will accept returns if the above products are defective, spurious, expired, or not as described on the website.

3. Additional Notes

Products labeled as “Non-returnable” on the product page or whose return window has expired cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

If such products are returned together with other returnable products, only the latter will be refunded after the verification process.

Any product you send back without prior permission may not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

4. How to Return a Product

Within the eligibility period, you can conveniently file a return request through any of the following channels:

Visit www.glowinm.com and go to “My Orders”.

Select the order you want to return.

Click on ‘Return’ button and select the product(s) which you want to return.

Give the reason for return and submit your request.

You can also contact our Customer Support Team at +91-6399131706 or email kumarmittal7@gmail.com to initiate the return procedure.

Our pickup team will come for the product as per the following timings once your return request is approved:

Local Cities: Within 24–48 hours of return approval.

Other Cities: Within 4–6 business days of approval (depending on courier partner timelines).

Remember: The product should be packed in its original packaging with all the labels, seals, and accessories that are intact. Also, keep a copy of the invoice or bill ready for the verification at the time of picking up the goods.

C. REFUND POLICY

1. When will I receive my refund?

Glowing M or the partner pharmacy will collect the returned product from you and, after their inspection, will initiate your refund. Refunds will be made to the payer’s original instrument within 7–10 working days of the return/emission approval.

2. Refund Scenarios

Shipment canceled before dispatch: A full refund of the amount paid.

Refusal of the order at the time of delivery: Refund after the deduction of the shipping charges (if any).

Defective/damaged product: Full refund or free replacement (depending on product availability).

Prepaid diagnostic test cancellation before sample collection: Full refund.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Orders that have been canceled after the shipment and are accepted by you.

Products that are not eligible for returns under the specified conditions.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders for which the refund mode details are not provided by the user within 10 working days.

3. Refund Mode

Online Payments (UPI, Card, Net Banking): Refunds will be done to the same source account.

COD Orders: Refund through bank transfer will be given after you share your bank details with our support team.

Wallet or Coupon payments: The refund amount will be credited to your wallet or account balance.

D. GENERAL TERMS

Verification: Return of any kind is open to verification by the quality control team or authorized seller for refund or replacement eligibility. If the item fails quality verification, the refund/replacement request will be rejected.

Incorrect Details: If you provide incorrect address or contact details which cause delivery failure, no refund will be given.

Communication: You will be informed about all the changes of cancellation, return, or refund via e-mail or SMS registered in your account.
